The Gifford Pinchot National Forest is divided into three ranger districts. Two Scenic Byways, White Pass Scenic Byway and Spirit Lake Memorial Highway crosses one of those districts:
(1) White Pass Scenic Byway through Cowlitz Valley Ranger
District.
(2) Mt. Adams Ranger District.
(3) Spirit Lake Memorial Highway through Mount St. Helens National Volcanic Monument.
