The Park has two Visitor Centers. The West Coon Rapids Dam Visitor Center offers an exceptional array of exhibits and material interpreting the River habitat. A highlight of the Visitor Center is the large aquaria. Next to the Visitor Center you will find a Nature Exploration Area designed for kids (and adults). The East Coon Rapids Dam Visitor Center offers park users equipment, facilities, and information about the Anoka County Parks and Recreation System.
